My Story
Under The Sun Landscape Maintenance is a locally owned and operated business proudly based in Invermere, BC. Although we are a new business in the valley as of 2025, owner Travis Cameron brings a full range of professional landscape maintenance services, including lawn care and irrigation, backed by over a decade of hands-on experience. Don’t let the ‘new business’ label fool you—your property is in experienced, capable hands.
Travis’s landscaping journey began 14 years ago in Victoria, BC, where he worked for a well-established company and learned the foundations of quality property care. He developed a deep understanding of plant health, maintenance techniques, and the importance of creating outdoor spaces that people love. It was during those long, rewarding days that his passion for the outdoors—and for serving clients through beautiful green spaces—truly took root.
In 2013, Travis returned home to the Columbia Valley, joining another respected landscape maintenance company. Over the next 10 years, he refined every skill needed to deliver top-tier service—from lawn care and pruning to snow removal to customer communication and property stewardship. That decade of experience helped shape the high standards and attention to detail that Under The Sun is built on today.
